Farm to Table, Eclectic Italian
 Chef Vittorio Ettore is getting ready to open a new Restaurant in Winchester. A Tavola, literally translates to “at the table”, an expression used in Italy as a dinner calling to gather everyone around the table to enjoy delicious food, and each other. Born to be the more casual sister restaurant to Bistro 5, A Tavola will be serving an eclectic Italian menu featuring “Piattini”. These small plates will be used to showcase an array of charcuterie, artisan cheeses, fish and vegetables, to pair perfectly with an exclusively Italian wine list. Additionally Chef will be offering a children’s menu, convenient to-go service and unique catering options.

Our Menu
Like Bistro 5, A Tavola will be dedicated to serving only the freshest local ingredients; giving guests the best quality of food while supporting the area’s local farmers.
Chef will also be offering a selection of hearty and comforting handmade pastas and made to order risottos entrées that feed two; just in time for the cold weather.
For children, there will be a dedicated menu to ensure that they get something fun to eat that suits young palates, while allowing parents to dine on our adult  fare.
A tasty and convenient to-go service will turn hectic weeknight dinners into an easy stop on the way home from work.
For catering, Chef will supply grand antipasto Board of cured meats, artisan cheeses and locally grown vegetables, that are perfect for entertaining at home or for the office. And, If your Looking to feed 25 or more, A Tavola will be stuffing and roasting whole pigs; available for pick up or delivery.

Our Wine List
We will be  featuring an all Italian wine program representing many regions and styles of wine from around  Italy.
    In addition to bottles,  wine will be served in carafes called “quartino” (250ml or a ’quarter’ of a liter).  These glass and a half size servings are a perfect size for sharing and experimenting with different pairings.
