Chef Vittorio Ettore has once again teamed up with Kimball Fruit Farms to craft a menu that celebrates the rich and bountiful flavors of the season. Embrace the crisp autumn air by exploring new and surprising preparations of your favorite fall flavors. And as always, each menu may be paired with a curated selection of wine to complement every bite.
